How does the process work?

If you live in Logan, UT pickup and drop-off is only $10! Otherwise, we utilize Fed-Ex for receiving and sending back your media.

Using specialized equipment, we convert your files to modern digital formats that can be viewed, and shared everywhere.

What formats do you convert to?

While special requests can be made, our standard formatting for videos are .mp4 files, and JPG for photos and slides.

What media do you accept?

We are continuously expanding our capabilities. Currently, we accept VHS, VHS-C, Mini DV, Super 8, Hi 8, Video 8 and any 8mm tapes. We accept CDs, DVDs, slides, and cassette tapes.

Do you have discounts for large orders?

Yes, we do! Call or email us with your request.

How can I be sure I’ll get my media back?

We use Fed Ex, and always have a tracking number for you. We take inventory upon receipt, and confirm it matches what you have listed, and each one is verified before returning .
